Another day-anxiety

 Despite being prescribed an obscene amount of Xanax I still stay a nervous wreck.

And I know better by now.

I know our thoughts control everything and the power of the mind and even that God is real.

Still outside events, past, fears and worry still tend to plague me.

Taking care of my mom doesn’t help with that,  but the problem s it does not help. It actually hurts. To stare through the fear, to face it and have the confidence to keep going,

The strength to focus on the good and be grateful even in the hardest and most confusing of situations.

We are capable of anything and able to adapt to almost anything.

Sometimes I wish I didn’t overthink everything.

I’ve gotten better.

So this doctor ended up being much like a used car salesman.

Pushing Ozempic and some other weight loss drug, convincing my sister and mother to change her insurance in order to cover him.

His closing line which I am sure he uses at least once a day

“You don’t have medical bills if you’re dead”

 Preying off the fact that obviously you are going to help a family member any way you can, so there is actually no appropriate response rather than shake your head in agreement.

I’ve found the majority of Doctors I’ve met down here are similar. Glamorized drug dealers that maximize profits over patients 

Some worse than others, but all the same.

I’m being pessimistic. I am sure there are good doctors but after dealing with an insurance company for a year and seeing specialist after specialist.. It seems more like a sick game.

Back to the positive.

It’s gonna be a great week, we will all be blessed.

As far as politics The Trump Epstein scandal goes on.

Nancy pelosi put out a tweet demanding them to be released.

Why now? They had them for a very long time while she was

Speaker of the House.

At the same time republicans are calling for Barrack Hussein Obama’s arrest.

Trump, F.B.I and DOJ are claiming they have the evidence.

So far nothing.

I doubt anyone’s getting arrested and we will never see the supposed “files”.

While Americans focus on that, the Elites are designing a different monetary system and ranking our credit scores.
